Good layout and easy to follow. A small section on managing multiple projects and associated resources would have gained a 5th star, most project engineers handle more than one project.

I do a lot of training for Microsoft Project and it looks like I finally found a book that provides just the right amount of content for the typical Project Manager. This is a great book that can help most any Project Manager build and manage project schedules. What it doesn't do is boil the ocean of features and functions that are rarely used and difficult to use correctly. This book provides a simple approach, applies easy to read instructions, and all wrapped up in a clean, colorful package. If you want a book that can teach you how to manage projects using Microsoft Project 2013, this is the book for you. If you are an expert looking for a reference book, than any other book will do.

Great piece of work. Just the approach needed when you need to get done! The intelligent use of Whitespace and the layout are outstanding features.
